Dr. Jessee believes excellent medicine begins with listening. She is known for her practical, down-to-earth approach, genuine compassion, and commitment to treating every patient with dignity and respect. Her goal is to build lasting relationships while providing thoughtful, evidence-based care for individuals and families.
With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, Dr. Jessee has served patients in a variety of roles. Prior to becoming a physician, she was a Family Nurse Practitioner, a Registered Nurse, and an educator. These experiences have shaped her belief that personalized healthcare is built on trust, careful listening, patient education, and individualized treatment plans.

Dr. Jessee has a deep appreciation for the military community. As a military child, service member, military spouse, and mother of a service member, she understands firsthand the unique sacrifices, transitions, and challenges faced by military families. It is a privilege for her to care for those who have served our nation.
Although she spent much of her childhood in Alaska, Dr. Jessee proudly calls Alabama home. She often says, “I wasn’t born in the South, but I got here as quick as I could.”
As a member of the Harvest community, she values faith, family, neighbors, and the rural way of life. She believes good healthcare should reflect the community it serves; personal, honest, accessible, and rooted in genuine relationships.
Dr. Jessee understands many of life’s challenges because she has lived them herself, including balancing college, raising a family, military life, marriage, parenting, caring for aging parents and loved ones with dementia, working in healthcare, operating a small business, and the demands of farm and factory work.
